Workplace ethics also articulates that superiors in an establishment need to guide and mentor their subordinates well. The employees should be trained and make them aware of the key responsibility, policies, rules and regulations, code of conduct of the organization from the beginning of employment offered to them. Workplace ethics warrants, all employees of the organization shall be treated as equals. The superiors must know what their subordinates are up to. Someone may be on right track and some other need that extra push. It is therefore necessary to have a pool-proof appraisal system with periodic review to judge the performance of all the employees.
