Bank Employees’Special Pay, PQP and other allowances as per 11th BPS

On Tuesday (11th November 2020), the representatives of UFBU (workmen) and representatives of IBA have signed the 11th Bipartite settlements. They finalized the various pay-slip components of special pay for PQP, SWO, Special Assistant, Armed guard, Bill collector, Daftry, Head Peon, Electrician, AC Plant operator, Driver, Head Messenger (IOB)  including eligible DA  are provided in Part A and details of all other benefits are given in part B

  • Halting expenses also paid by production of hotel rent receipt subject to ceiling

These things you need to know:

  • Brokerage charge on transfer of Clerk to other places: Rs.1650 (Receipt) & Rs.1100 (declaration)
  • Brokerage chargeon transfer of  Sub-staff to other places: Rs.1100 (receipt) & 850(on declaration)
  • House rent allowance is 10.25% for all areas. (On transfer of an employee by the management HRA for all areas will be 11% or 150% of eligible HRA on the production of rent receipt.
  • Transport allowance of Rs.600 with DA for all
  • Split duty allowance of Rs.200 payable
  • Transportation Charges on transfer: Clerk: 3500 KG (married) 2500 KG Unmarried
  • Transportation Charges on transfer :Sub-staff: 2500 KG (married) 1500 Kg (Unmarried)
  • Annual Medical aid Rs.2355
  • Deployment Policy compensation amount: Rs.600
  • Washing allowance: Rs.200 p.m
  • Cycle allowance: Rs.150 p.m
  • Sub-staff passing JAIB/CAIIB is eligible for increment like a clerical staff

The performance-linked incentive (PLI) payable to all employees annually over and above normal salary.PLI matrix will decide the amount payable in a number of days’Basic+DA’ depending upon the bank’s performance as below
