INSTRUCTIONS
BASIC SALARY
- Locate cell B10.
- Select your current salary from the drop-down list. This will update your salary for the entire period.
- If your salary changed or you retired:
- Click the cell for the month where the change occurred.
- Update your salary. The following months will automatically reflect the change.
SPECIAL PAY
- Find Cell D10.
- Select your special pay from the drop-down list.
PQP and FPP
- Skip this step if it doesn’t apply to you.
- Update PQP in cell E10 using the drop-down list.
- Update FPP in cell F10 using the drop-down list.
TA, DA, and HRA
Will update automatically through formulas.
That’s it! Your arrears will be calculated.
