Arrears Calculator For Sub-Staff / Customer Service Assistants

1. Download the Excel file by clicking the blue button.

2. Open the file from your Downloads folder. It should look similar to the screen in the video. The layout may vary slightly depending on your spreadsheet software and screen size, but the basic functionality will be the same.

3. If the file opens in read-only mode, look for an ‘Enable Editing’ option and select it before making changes

If you don’t have MS Excel or need help with the file, please email your salary details (basic salary, SPL. PAY, PQP, FPP, HRA to iamvarunnaik@gmail.com. I’ll fill out the form and send the PDF back to you.

INSTRUCTIONS

BASIC SALARY

  • Click cell B10.
  • Select salary from the drop-down.
  • If your salary changed, update the correct month’s cell.

SPECIAL PAY

  • Click cell D10.
  • Select special pay from the drop-down.

PQP and FPP

  • Click cell E10 to update PQP (drop-down).
  • Click cell F10 to update FPP (drop-down).

Scroll down to compare salaries and see your arrears/take-home.
