Hello Bankers,
We would like to share with you a quick and easy arrears estimation tool that provides you with a month-by-month breakdown along with new Basic, special allowances, quarterly updated DA’s, and factoring everything that is known or expected at this point. To give you a reasonable estimate of your actual take-home, we have also made computations and provisions to include deductibles like PF/NPS, TDS, etc.
We are all still awaiting more details and the exact numbers from IBA and UFBU. Once those accurate figures become available, we will promptly update the tool. However, even with the information we currently have, this tool will provide you with a fairly close approximation to the actual figures that we can expect later.
Here is a step-by-step instruction along with follow-along videos on how to use this calculator. For assistance or feedback, you can email me at [email protected]

Hello sir,
I am working in HR department of SCB for last 6 years and i am a regular visitor of yours site.A lot of information is available here . Currently i am going through your Arrear estimator and this is to kindly inform you that your Arrear estimator for officer has some errors in old salary table.Which i am listing below:-
1.Da on Learning allowances is not including in DA Column. That is as per your DA column formula your are not adding “F” column value therefore your total DA is getting less by DA amount of Learning allowance .
2.Your Gross salary Column is not adding Column no.F which contains Learning allowance of 600 ,therefore your Total gross is getting less by Learning allowance and DA on Learning allowances(as DA on learning allowance is not taken into account as mentioned in point no.1).
You have done a great job by creating this estimator.Kindly rectify these issues and also send me updated version.

SIR,
IN AWARD STAFF CALCULATION 9TH STG.NOT WORKING IN NEW SALARY SHEET . IT SHOWS *NA*.
You are correct sir. There was a formula mistake that only affected the 9th stagnation. Thank you for bringing it to my attention. I have fixed it and uploaded the new file again. It should work perfectly for you now.
Is PQP given in the table for officers is correct?
Under existing salary slip, Rs 1020 per month for passing JAIIB, one year after reaching top of the scale. Those who have passed both parts of CAIIB will get Rs. 1020 per month, one year after reaching top of the scale and Rs. 2550 per month, two years after reaching top of the scale.
Formula for FPP also requires clarification.
FPP means Fixed Personal Pay. ➢ All employees who received one increment for computerization from manual will get Fixed Personal Pay after one year of reaching maximum of pay. ➢ Others are not eligible for FPP. ➢ FPP will rank for HRA, Fixed DA and Terminal Benefits.
